Trade shows and expos

Interactive play for the whole show

TradeShowPlay is interactive play for trade shows, not only games on a booth screen. Run booth engagement, lead-gen games, QR and scan challenges, scavenger hunts, networking icebreakers, prize draws and lucky wheels, photo and UGC moments, live audience sessions, multi-station floor campaigns, and H5 mini-games people play on their phones. A booth display or LED wall is one way to share the moment.

  • QR join in the phone browser
  • Play at a booth, across the floor, or with the room
  • A big screen when the crowd should look up

Illustration of one format: a prize wheel on a display, with entry codes and a prompt to join from a phone.

Made for a busy hall

A trade show gives you a few seconds, a phone in every hand, and a small crew. The play should meet people where they already are.

No app to install

Visitors scan a code and join in the mobile browser. Staff spend the conversation on the product, not on an install.

In the hand or across the aisle

Attendees play a mini-game, a challenge, or a quiz on their phone. When the hall should see it, the same session can go on a booth display or an LED wall.

One operator, live control

Start a round, hold a draw, advance a quiz, or clear a board from a console a small crew can use while they talk to people.

One station or a whole floor

Run a single booth, a trail of QR stops, or a stage and a floor campaign together. Synced screens are there when more than one display must match.

Three ways teams put it to work

Pick a format for the job in front of you. Change it during the day if the floor needs a different pace.

Booth engagement

Earn a stop with a short game, a scan challenge, or a lead-gen play the staff can explain in one sentence. A screen can help. The conversation still happens at the stand.

Prize draws

Collect entries by phone and run a lucky wheel or a public draw. Show it on a display when the aisle should watch.

Live audience

Open a keynote, a product point, or a hall moment with a quiz, an icebreaker, or a result people join from their phones.

Live before the hall gets busy

Most teams are ready once the join path is set, the content is loaded, and any display they need is on.

  1. 01

    Choose the format

A game, a hunt, a draw, a UGC prompt, a quiz, or a floor campaign. Match it to dwell time, a conversation to start, a teaching point, or a crowd moment.

  2. 02

    Open the join

Place a QR code, a scan challenge, or a short link. Add a display if the rest of the hall should see the play.

  3. 03

    Open the floor

Staff run the session from the operator console. Visitors play on their phones while the conversation continues.

A practical fit across exhibition programs

Healthcare congresses, technology expos, and industrial fairs draw different crowds. The job stays familiar: a short interaction people can join on a phone, with a screen only when the hall should see it.

Medical and healthcare trade shows

Use a quiz, a calm draw, or a short phone challenge when the booth needs to teach, qualify interest, or thank a visit without turning the aisle into a carnival.

Technology expos

Run a product challenge, a phone mini-game, a leaderboard, or a launch draw that can keep up with a busy hall and a thin crew.

Industrial fairs

Give a complex product a simple moment: a specification quiz, a timed phone challenge, a hunt between machines, or a draw after the presentation.

Questions

Do visitors need an app?

No. They join in a mobile browser with a QR code or a short link. That includes H5 mini-games and challenges. There is no app to install.

Can we use our own questions and prizes?

Yes. You bring the content: quiz items, prize names, hunt stops, game copy, and the prompts you want people to see.

Can one session drive more than one screen?

Yes. A session can feed a primary display and extra synced screens. A floor campaign can also use several QR stations, each with its own join, or one shared moment on more than one screen.

Who is TradeShowPlay for?

Exhibitors running a booth or a floor campaign, organizers programming a hall or a stage, and agencies who deliver the play.

Plan the play before the booth ships

Tell us about the show, the stations, and the kind of participation you want. A big screen is optional. We will reply with a format that fits the crew you have on site.
