Features

Play for the booth, the aisle, and the room

Lead-gen games, scan challenges, scavenger hunts, icebreakers, draws, UGC moments, and live audience play. People join in a phone browser. Put the result on a big screen when the crowd should see it.

01

Booth and lead-gen games

Short games people play on their phones, with an optional booth or LED display for everyone else. Use them to earn a stop, teach one idea, or give staff a reason to start a conversation. They are not a CRM.

  • H5 mini-games in the phone browser, with no install
  • A round a standing visitor can finish
  • An optional display so the aisle can watch
02

Prize draws and lucky wheels

Collect entries from a phone, then run a wheel or a draw people can follow. The moment can live on a booth screen, on a stage, or with the crowd around a station.

  • Entries from a phone session
  • A wheel or draw people can follow
  • A result on a screen or back on the phone
03

Live audience and icebreakers

Quizzes, prompts, and networking icebreakers people answer together. Use them to open a talk, qualify interest, or give strangers a reason to speak. A display can carry the room when you want one.

  • Questions and icebreakers you write for that show
  • A pace the operator controls
  • A result on the phone, and on a display if you want one
04

Photo and UGC moments

A moderated moment for prompts, short messages, and the captions behind a photo or other attendee content. People use their own phones. Someone approves what is shared on a screen. It is not a connection to a social network's private feed.

  • Prompts for a message, a photo, or a short reaction
  • Approval before something reaches a shared screen
  • A quiet state when nothing new has come in
05

QR challenges and scavenger hunts

Scan challenges, scavenger hunts, and leaderboards that move people across the floor. Rank a score or mark a trail of stops. People check it on their phones, and on a screen if you leave one up.

  • QR and scan joins at the stations you place
  • A ranking or a trail that updates with the session
  • Labels you choose, readable on a phone or a display
06

Multi-station floors and multi-screen

Run a campaign across more than one station, or drive more than one display from the same session. Use it for a floor hunt, a booth plus a side screen, or a stage where the audience and the presenter need the same moment. An LED wall is one of those displays, not a requirement.

  • Stations across a booth, a zone, or a hall
  • One session, more than one display, when you need it
  • Operator control on a separate console

Questions

Can we run more than one format at a show?

Yes. A booth might use a lead-gen game during the day and a draw at a posted time. A hall might add a scavenger hunt or a set of QR stations. The quote depends on which formats you need.

Do you supply the questions, prizes, or staff?

No. You bring the content and the people on site. TradeShowPlay runs the play and the operator controls.

Will messages appear on the social wall automatically?

Not by default. A person approves messages before they are shared with the room, on a phone or on a screen.

Match a format to the show you actually have

Tell us the venue, the stations, and what you want people to do. A big screen is optional. We will recommend a format and a starting quote.
